How To Make Walnut Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 15 oz pumpkin
- 14 oz. condensed milk, sweetened
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. butter, cold
- ¾ cup walnuts, chopped

Heat oven to 425°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, ¼ tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Mix well.

Pour into the pie crust. Bake 15 minutes and then remove the pie. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.

In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour and remaining cinnamon.

Cut in butter and mix until crumbly. Stir in walnuts.

Sprinkle the walnut mixture evenly over the pie.

Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge comes out clean. Let cool.
