How To Make Strawberry Yogurt Pie

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, mash half of the sliced strawberries with a fork. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until thick and creamy.

Gently fold in the mashed strawberries into the yogurt mixture. Pour the filling onto the prepared crust.
