  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the apples, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.

  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

  5. Fold the pie crust edges over the filling, creating a rustic, patchwork-like appearance.

  6. Brush the edges of the crust with the beaten egg.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

  8. Allow the pie to cool before serving. Enjoy!
