Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (15 oz) of navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the sweetened condensed milk and navy beans until smooth.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bean mixture, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
