  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg yolks until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until the filling is set.

  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
