How To Make Coconut & Chocolate Macaroons

- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until they become frothy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the coconut mixture until fully combined.
