How To Make Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Flatten each macaroon slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
