How To Make Chocolate Éclair Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of cold milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 8 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.

Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with a layer of graham crackers.

Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.

Repeat the layers with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the top layer of pudding.

In another microwave-safe bowl, heat the 1/4 cup of heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Pour over the melted chocolate and spread evenly.

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to set.
