Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cold milk
  • 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container of whipped topping (8 ounces)
  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 can of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and instant pudding mix until well combined and smooth.

  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

  3. Line the bottom of a square baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers.

  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.

  5. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.

  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.

  7. Heat the chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes pourable.

  8. Pour the warm chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading it evenly.

  9. Refrigerate the Éclair Cake for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften and the flavors to meld together.

  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
