Ingredients

  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of cold milk
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 12 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 cup of chocolate glaze
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.

  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

  3. Line the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish with a layer of graham cracker sheets.

  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.

  5. Repeat another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.

  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.

  7. Pour the chocolate glaze over the top, spreading evenly with a spatula.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cake to set.

  9. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
