How To Make Chicken Broccoli Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the carrots, onion, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the flour, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked chicken and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
