How To Make Cheese, Swede & Leek Pie

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 large swede, peeled and diced
- 2 leeks, washed and sliced
- 200g of cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 150ml of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and line a pie dish with it.

In a large pan, cook the swede and leeks in a little oil until soft.

In a bowl, mix together the cooked swede and leeks, cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and set.

Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
