How To Make Carrot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
