How To Make Biscuity Lime Pie

Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 4 limes, juiced and zested
- 400g condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- whipped cream and lime slices, for garnish
Instructions

Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a greased pie dish to form the crust.

In a bowl, combine lime juice, lime zest, condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the lime mixture over the biscuit crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until the filling is set.

Allow the pie to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
