How To Make Next Level Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Lime slices, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.

Bake the pie for 15-18 minutes, or until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.

In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
