How To Make Maple-Glazed Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- for the glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
