How To Make Maple Squash, Bacon & Blueberry Porridge Topper

Ingredients
- 1 small maple squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a baking dish, combine the cubed maple squash, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Toss to evenly coat the squash.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble.

In a separate skillet, add the blueberries and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to burst.

To assemble, spoon the creamy porridge into bowls. Top with the maple-glazed squash, crumbled bacon, and cooked blueberries.
