- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, dill, and parsley to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
