  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine apricot preserves, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the preserves have melted and the glaze has thickened, about 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Brush the glaze onto grilled meats or roasted vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking, or serve on the side as a dipping sauce.
