- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pectin
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the strawberries, jalapeno peppers, sugar, and lemon juice.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook for 5 minutes, until the strawberries start to soften.

Stir in the pectin and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the jam thickens and reaches the desired consistency.
