How To Make Very Chocolate Ice Cream

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Once the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, add in the mini chocolate chips and churn for an additional minute to evenly distribute them.

Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
