Ingredients
- 2 cups mint ice cream, softened
- 1 ½ cup caramel sauce
- â…” cup dark chocolate ganache, (dark chocolate melted with cream)
Instructions

Line a 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and spray a little cooking spray.

Evenly spread the ice cream inside the pan.

Using a knife, cut the ice cream into bar shapes, leaving a little room between each of them.

Pour caramel sauce over the top, letting it drip into the spaces between each bar.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
