Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and condensed milk.

  2. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

  3. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the coconut mixture into it, smoothing the top with a spatula.

  4. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and almonds over the top, if desired.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

  6. Once set, cut into small squares or rectangles and serve.
