  • 4 cups of fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the peaches and raspberries.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Pour the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  5. Spread the peach and raspberry mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler topping over the fruit until it is covered.

  7. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the cobbler topping.

  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

  10. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
