How To Make Lemon Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 tsp powdered gelatin
- 3 tbsp cold water
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

In a separate small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

After the gelatin has bloomed, heat it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until it is fully dissolved. Stir the dissolved gelatin into the cream mixture until well combined.

Pour the mixture into 4 individual ramekins or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Serve the lemon panna cotta chilled, garnished with fresh lemon zest or berries if desired.
