Rose Water Panna Cotta Recipe

How To Make Rose Water Panna Cotta

A silky, creamy and fragrant Panna Cotta with a touch of rose water.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 4 hours (including chilling time)

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • Fresh berries, to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot but not boiling.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in rose water and vanilla extract.

  3. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and whisk until completely dissolved.

  4. Pour mixture into 4 ramekins or glasses.

  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

  6. To serve, run a knife around the edge of each panna cotta and invert onto a plate.

  7. Garnish with berries, if desired.
