Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, balsamic vinegar, honey, and vanilla extract.

  2. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries release their juices and the mixture thickens slightly, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

  4. Scoop vanilla ice cream into serving bowls and top with the balsamic blueberry mixture.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
