How To Make Leftover Porridge Pancakes

- 2 cups leftover porridge
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Maple syrup and fruits for serving
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine leftover porridge, flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
