- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 cups cooked porridge (oatmeal or any other grain of your choice)

In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, shredded coconut, chopped pineapple, mixed nuts, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
