Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup nuts (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tbsp raisins (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a baking dish, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the porridge is golden brown and set.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

  5. Top with nuts and raisins, if desired.
