  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Cornstarch or powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, sift the confectioners’ sugar to remove any lumps.

  2. Add water and vanilla extract to the bowl, and mix well until smooth and glossy.
