Ingredients

  • 12 oz cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup port wine
  • 1/4 cup clementine juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, port wine, clementine juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.

  4. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool before serving.

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
