Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios
  • 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, feta cheese, pistachios, and clementine segments.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
