How To Make Cranberry & Clementine Jelly
Jelly desserts don’t always have to mean ordinary gelatin dishes in cups. With our tasty jelly recipes, a jelly dessert will make you become the talk of the town before you know it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed clementine juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions

Heat cranberry juice and clementine juice in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

In a separate bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it bloom for a few minutes.

Add bloomed gelatin to the saucepan and stir until completely dissolved.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

Pour the jelly mixture into 4 serving glasses or molds.

Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or until firm.
