How To Make Cranberry & Clementine Jelly

Jelly desserts don’t always have to mean ordinary gelatin dishes in cups. With our tasty jelly recipes, a jelly dessert will make you become the talk of the town before you know it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed clementine juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Heat cranberry juice and clementine juice in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

  3. In a separate bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder over cold water and let it bloom for a few minutes.

  4. Add bloomed gelatin to the saucepan and stir until completely dissolved.

  5. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

  6. Pour the jelly mixture into 4 serving glasses or molds.

  7. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or until firm.
