How To Make Simple Port & Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup port wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar, port wine, water, and orange zest.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

Serve as a side dish with roast meats or as a spread on toast or crackers.
