Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the tahini, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.

  6. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
