How To Make Tahini & White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the tahini, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
