How To Make Oatmeal Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies
These creamy and chewy peanut butter cookies are made with the all-time favorite Reese’s chocolate! It’s mixed with oatmeal for a more filling sweet treat.

Ingredients
- 2cupsflour
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1tspbaking powder
- 1tspkosher salt
- 2unsalted butter sticks,softened
- ½cuppeanut butter
- 1cupdark brown sugar,firmly packed
- 1cupsugar
- 2large eggs
- 1tbspvanilla
- 3cupsrolled oats
- 40Reese’s Pieces Candies
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt.

In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar for 1 to 2 minutes on high until light and fluffy.

Add in the dark brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla, then mix until fully combined.

Add in the dry ingredients, a third of it at a time, until just incorporated. Add in the oats, raisins, and M&Ms, then mix in on low for just a few seconds until combined.

Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

Scoop the dough using a two tablespoon measure, then plop them onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.

Recipe Notes
- For large cookies, use an ice cream scoop to drop the dough onto a greased pan or using a Silpat liner. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
- For small cookies, use 1 tablespoon. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
