Oatmeal Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

How To Make Oatmeal Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

These creamy and chewy peanut butter cookies are made with the all-time favorite Reese’s chocolate! It’s mixed with oatmeal for a more filling sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsflour
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • 1tspbaking powder
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • 2unsalted butter sticks,softened
  • ½cuppeanut butter
  • 1cupdark brown sugar,firmly packed
  • 1cupsugar
  • 2large eggs
  • 1tbspvanilla
  • 3cupsrolled oats
  • 40Reese’s Pieces Candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and kosher salt.

  3. In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar for 1 to 2 minutes on high until light and fluffy.

  4. Add in the dark brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla, then mix until fully combined.

  5. Add in the dry ingredients, a third of it at a time, until just incorporated. Add in the oats, raisins, and M&Ms, then mix in on low for just a few seconds until combined.

  6. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

  7. Scoop the dough using a two tablespoon measure, then plop them onto a baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes.

  9. Serve warm, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • For large cookies, use an ice cream scoop to drop the dough onto a greased pan or using a Silpat liner. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
  • For small cookies, use 1 tablespoon. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
