  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  5. Fold in the crushed potato chips and chocolate chips.

  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.

  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
