How To Make Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
