How To Make Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Spoon a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cookie.

Using the back of a spoon or your finger, gently swirl the cream cheese into the cookie dough.
