How To Make Tia Maria & Chocolate Creams

- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Tia Maria liqueur
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, Tia Maria liqueur, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.

Gradually pour the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, stirring constantly until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped cream mixture.

Divide the mixture among 4 serving glasses or ramekins.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
