  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, egg white, and peppermint extract.

  2. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

  3. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring and mix until the dough turns pink.

  4. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
