Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar (1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp ground cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

  3. Open one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.

  5. Place the second can of crescent roll dough over the cream cheese layer.

  6. Brush the melted butter over the top layer of dough.

  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the butter.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
