How To Make Our Best Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  8. Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and serve.
