How To Make Our Best Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and serve.
