  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Orange slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  3. Gradually add the orange juice and orange zest to the cream cheese mixture, beating well after each addition.

  4. In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.

  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it out evenly.

  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  8. Before serving, garnish with orange slices.

  9. Slice and serve chilled.
