How To Make Double Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 6-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add cocoa powder and mix until well combined.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Let the cheesecake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
