How To Make PHILADELPHIA Double-Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g PHILADELPHIA cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup melted chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 6-inch round baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add sugar and continue beating until well combined.

Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until incorporated.

Gradually add cocoa powder, melted chocolate, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Stir in crushed chocolate cookies.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
