How To Make Amaretto Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Whipped cream, for garnish
- Sliced almonds, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the sugar and beat until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the amaretto liqueur.

In a separate bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Garnish with whipped cream and sliced almonds before serving.
