- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
