Ingredients
- 2 cup zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour pan.
- Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl cream butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add eggs to the light and fluffy mixture. Mix well.
- Alternately add dry ingredients with milk, beginning and ending with flour.
- Beat until well blended.
- Bake 2 round cake pans 30-35 minutes or bake a bundt pan 1 hour.
- Top with favorite frosting.
